Return & Refund Policy

At Sevron Spices, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items unless they are damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
